I’ve been photographing this family for a few years now and I just really adore them so much. I feel like I’m visiting with a friend whenever Mom comes into the studio. It’s fun watching the boys grow! It was so hot and humid the evening we did the session and the mosquitoes were all over us so I was a little afraid the session wouldn’t be a success. So glad I was wrong!
I hope everyone is having a great summer! Life is a little extra crazy this month. We finished the school year with lots of smiles and Shelby’s dance recital. She did an amazing job and made the competitive hip hop team. She dances several nights a week and Madison swims on a team 4 days a week so for this month I’m trying to squeeze in some work. Please bear with me as I try to schedule everyone. Clay is working 2 jobs and can drive himself so that helps!
Onto Whitney now! Whitney is a sweet girl with a fun personality. The camera loves her and I think she will go far. She has some big interviews this summer so good lucky, Whitney! I can’t wait to hear how it goes.
Hopefully I can catch up on my blog in the next couple weeks! Sorry to be a slacker.
I met this beautiful family through Kids Cancer Crusade. It makes me angry there is actually a NEED for an organization like this, but these families are always so amazing. They’ve been through so much, but have such a different outlook on life. It was my pleasure to meet them and to get a chance to do their family portrait. They even drove to Medina from Orrville for this session! They do some pretty cool things, including homeschooling and made me feel like they’ve always known me.
If you are interested in learning more about Kayli, you can check out her website. Her mom said it was OK to share.
Click HERE. She’s been through more than any teenager should have to endure and yet she is still so sweet and friendly. Kayli is a Believer and quite smart – got into a great school and I think her mom told me with scholarships!
Kayli, I’ll be keeping up with you on Facebook!
I love when this family comes in for portraits. They are very sweet and completely adore their little boys. It was J’s first birthday so they came to celebrate!
This one brings tears to my eyes. C took quite awhile to warm up, but when he did, it was so worth the wait! He has the cutest smile and is showing his little brother just how to do it.
Whew, twins are hard to photograph! You get one fed and to sleep and then the other wakes up crying. You change one and then the other needs changed. How do moms of twins do this all the time?! I admire you for handling this so smoothly.
These little ones were born a little early so they came to me around 7 weeks old and are completely precious!

These just blow me away. I love how one is sucking on the other and then they are holding hands. They are too precious. What a gift to be able to photograph them.
